TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Return Policy Kindly bear in mind when ordering our limewash paints that each product is handmade and customisable.

  • We make to order all of our paint products for each of our customers.
  • For this reason, we cannot return nor change a product to another colour once it has been dispatched.
  • If you need to see swatches before making a final choice, we do offer handpainted colour samples and/or small sample bags to test colours.
  • Please note: we cannot accept returns of paint products that were made to order
  • That being said, we do offer replacements of any products that were faulty.
  • If you have received damage of wrongly delivered products, contact us as soon as possible by emailing DIYSUPPORT@asvesti.com and messaging us on Instagram @asvestipaint within 14 days of delivery.
  • If a package is unclaimed from the shipping company or in any other circumstance and is sent back to us, we will refund your card, minus the cost of shipping and handling fee. Kindly allow between 14 and 30 days for the payment to reflect in your account.
  • If you change your mind regarding your chosen colour after you place your order, kindly email us immediately and message us on our Instagram @asvestipaint, as we will be able to change your order as long as it has not already been prepared and shipped
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready and being shipped.

Kindly note that it is the customer’s responsibility to control the delivery to verify that an order is accurate and error-free. If you do have a complaint, please contact Asvesti and provide the relevant information and the reason for your complaint.
