Terms & Conditions

  • When placing an order for any of our products, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
  • When ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent’s permission to buy products from us.
  • Events outside Asvesti's control shall be considered as force majeure.
  • The price applicable to your product (s) is that which is valid on the day of your purchase.
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are given and accepted before confirming the purchase.
  • Any card information for purchases with us is transmitted with a secure SSL encryption and we never store your details.
  • Kindly note: local charges may impact the final overall cost of your product (local taxes, customs fees, etc.)
  • Asvesti does not accept any liability for improper use.
  • Asvesti reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
  • None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

Force Majeure

Events outside Asvesti's control, which are not reasonably predictable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Asvesti Paint Trading is released from Asvesti's webshop obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of delivery from suppliers.

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for instance, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment

All products remain Asvesti's property until full payment is made. The price per product will be that which is valid on the day of your purchase. All payments to Asvesti are transacted through secure third-party dedicated gateways that guarantee your information protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty, etc.) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are always at the customer’s own expense.

Additional Information

Asvesti reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. If a product is sold out, Asvesti has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount payable to the customer. Asvesti shall also notify the customer of equal replacement products if these are available.

Asvesti guarantees the highest quality of its products; however, it does not accept any liability for the improper application of its products.

Exchanges & Refunds

OurAsvesti Paint is a natural paint product and each order is uniquely prepared for each customer. You must immediately contactAsvesti before returning any items, whether it is damaged items or wrongly delivered items.

Items that are sent back to us that are not damaged or wrongly delivered (as well as a customer having not been in contact first to report the error) will result in the items being sent back at the customer’s expense. The customer will need to get in touch with Asvesti to arrange the product’s delivery.

AsvestiPaint, LimeBrush, Primer, Sealer, ColorSamples, and other paint products are specially made to order and cannot be returned. No refunds are offered; we will replace any product that is proven to be at fault. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.

Return of faulty items can only be made within the 7 days following delivery. Ensure that you include contact information with a return and if possible, please provide us with a copy of the original invoice and tracking number. We suggest that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as this will make tracking easier.

Returning A Package If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Please note, Asvesti is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon delivery, notice that the item has been damaged, you should immediately get in touch with us. Asvesti will not be liable for this, but we can help you to coordinate your delivery reception with the courier.

Unclaimed Packages

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is ready to be shipped to you. If a package cannot be delivered to you (if you are not at home, for example) it will be delivered to the nearest access point (or post office). For packages that are not picked up at Gogo Express Access Point (or the post office) within 14 days, Asvesti reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and the freight company’s administrative costs. We will then refund your card, minus the original shipping cost (kindly note that refunds can take up to 14-30 days to arrive on your card).

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with will be handled in the most secure way. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, and to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. This information is for our own database only and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to at any time inspect the information held about you, and to request Asvesti to delete or correct your information. By accepting the Asvesti terms and conditions, you agree to the above.
